Joseph Vance Architects is an award-winning, boutique architecture firm in the heart of Chelsea that has focused solely on high-end, custom residential work for the last 30 years. Our work includes townhouse/brownstone and apartment gut renovations, rooftop additions and new, ground up townhouses. Current projects include a 6-story new, ground up townhouse (with basketball court beneath) on the Upper West Side, 2 townhouses and a 6,000sf triplex in the West Village, and others.

We are creative problem solvers with a taste for well-crafted design and work in a collaborative team environment, pushing boundaries until a project is the best it can be. As a small studio, this is a unique opportunity to work on all phases of projects, including design, under the Principal or Senior Architect. 

We are seeking an Architect with 2-4 years experience who is passionate about residential architecture and modern design to join our team in our Chelsea studio (this is not a remote position).
